I just created a Flickr group that will allow us to share all of the hundreds of pictures that have already been taken (and the thousands to come). Join up with the group and you can drag and drop your derby pictures into the pool. It’s the easiest way for all of us to share our pictures, I promise. :o)
I’ve already uploaded 160 pictures, and I know there are people who have their own…so, what the hell are you waiting for? Upload those pictures!
May 17th!!!!!!!! This is our first public event at the Civic Center…….it is a little ways away…but don’t worry we won’t let you forget the date!!! Keep checking back for updated information. Tickets will go on sale with Select-a-seat at the beginning of April. Until then…feast your eyes!!!

We will train hard to be able to bout so please come at least give it a shot if you are interested. You will be surprised how much a part of your life Derby becomes!!!
PRACTICES ARE EVERY SUNDAY, 4:30-6:30 & THURSDAYS, 7-9 AT SPORTSPLEX ON UPLAND & 82ND. The rink has skates you can use until you are able to get your own speed skates. Cost will be $6.00 per practice and we recommend you have knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards & a helmet for your first practice. There will be some loaners but it is first come first serve!! Please show up a half an hour before practice begins to get all of your paperwork filled out and to have time to get geared up.
There will also be a need for coaches, refs and volunteers. It isn’t limited to female only. If you think derby is too much of a contact sport for you, there are other positions that will need to be filled. 18 and over only please.PLEASE NOTE PRACTICE TIME CHANGE ON SUNDAY FEB 3rd:
2:30-4:30 pm
